About the Project
Assistant/Secondary Editor
I worked with Kelly Wakasa on 3 projects, all vlogs involving his life in New York City. I worked with his lead editor, Wyatt Dobson and made rough cuts of the footage that would then get passed on for further editing.
The experience gave me efficiency at taking large amounts of footage and deciding what was most important for the video. Timelines would go from 5 hours down to just 30 minutes of the 'heart' of the story we were trying to tell.
The videos I worked on did over 4 million views on YouTube alone.
